The guy behind the counter was slightly creepy by telling me that my food smelled good and was making him hungry. Then he hovered and made me feel like I was being watched. When I made eye contact with him, he said that he was waiting for me to taste the meat. Uh, O-Kay…. It may not be as weird as I think it is. But it felt weird to me.

The food is actually fantastic here. I highly recommend the waffles with peanut butter chips. My husband says the grilled chicken sandwich is high up on his list of favorite chicken sandwiches ever. The wait staff is super friendly as well.

The older white lady that works there is racist. A couple of her white friends who came to the restaurant on loud motorcycles were looking at me so mean because of my skin color. And she didn’t think I saw her looking at me evil when I turned away or put my head down to look at my phone, when I looked back up she put on a fake smile. I don’t understand why people hate someone because of the color of their skin and I was minding my own business and didn’t want any trouble. I don’t want to ever go back to that terrible restaurant. We went there 3-16-23 after leaving the Fairfield Inn. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I sent my steak back to reheat since it came out a little rare, but overall not a big deal. Meat cook just heard the wrong mark called out. We’re thankful for the staffing these days and will visit again when in area.

One waffle great, other not done, sandwich burnt with nasty after taste,orderer limpy Bacon hold the weight and had to be redone and still not right the second time around. They did take care of it as we were leaving, waiter was great and finally received bacon proper after chef stated first shift has grill too hot and he has to turn it down all the time because things come out over cooked and burnt
