It was so cold it was miserable. Waited 20 min. Ended up taking food to go and they gave me the most disgusting food ive ever had. Bread was burnt. Gave me less than half of my order of hash browns and one piece of bacon on my sandwich. Only half had tom or lettuce!!! Absolutely horrible!

Trainee and trainer served me. I was the only one in the restaurant at 6pm – 6:30pm. Service: poor no checking back. Cook and the two servers had a continuous conversation and totally ignored me and used inappropriate language. The restaurant had several dirty tables, including the one I chose to sit at. I used a napkin to begin cleaning and the servers saw me and never offered to clean my table. Floors dirty. Literally used napkins 3ft from my table in the aisle and neither of them he servers attempted to pick them up. A very disappointing experience. Worst service when slow is an understatement at this establishment this visit. Management needs to he reprimanded or fired. I’ll never return.

Better buckle up because this is going to be a long review, because today Waffle House delivered This place checked all the boxes it was clean, covid friendly (shields between tables), clean bathrooms, yummy food and friendly staff. There was 1 waitress in the building and she still kept the store clean and the guests satisfied. If your going on a family road trip, I would recommend. If you enjoy the old classic look, good prices and fresh hot food this place is for you

I’m not sure if I got enough grease with my hasbrown bowl. The bowl is coated with grease and dripping oil when I turn it but could you maybe put just a little more oil in those hash browns please?. I definitely didn’t get enough grease with those potatoes.

The efficiency of how a fully packed restaurant can get food on your table in about 10 minutes or less is impressive. Waffle House music is always a special treat too, musical genius. Staff was super friendly and efficient, everything was hot and tasted great. No other YouTube worthy events for us to upload, the sun was out, so it was pretty mellow that day.

Eggs sent back 2xs for being RAW. Waffle under cooked but edible. The most disorganized waffle house ever. Watch one girl stair at order receipts for over 15 minutes. Saw 2 tables walk out

When we visited, they were extremely busy. No empty tables and only 1 waitress. We almost didn’t stay but we did. The service was great, food was good and cook kept up extremely well on all orders. I was impressed.
