Came here few months ago and it was great but last visit had the rudest waitress. She wasn’t friendly and was playing videos on her phone right across from us and other customers. Then when our food came she basically slammed our plates down and I had to ask for a refill while she sat on her phone. Other customers had same reactions to her also. Very lazy unprofessional and rude service.

The food was made the way we asked, it was good. Service was great, very nice. The atmosphere was good till the music was turned on. It was VERY loud, which made it VERY annoying. We were lucky we were almost done, so didn’t ask to have it turned down.

The food was ok, but service was horrible. I get we went in pretty early, but when the waitress (Izzy) and the cook are asleep in a booth, that’s a red flag. And Izzy was just super rude. She was just mad that we were even there to begin with. Never came back to check on our table, and when the person I was with asked for a refill, he had to get her attention and she abruptly said “yeah” and when she brought it back, we said thank you and she just stormed off. Just very unprofessional and inappropriate.

I mean, it’s a Waffle House. It’s much the same as every other Waffle House you’ve ever been to, and that’s kind of the point. It’s the king of chain greasy spoons. It’s cheap, friendly, tastes good, it will shave time off your life.
