Just came in at 530am on a Monday morning… sorry to say this is the 3rd time coming here and all times it was a bad experience from racism to pure laziness. we were the only people here.. once we came in and sit down they stated “we are only doing take out orders”…. umm ok I thought you were 24 hours…. but I digress… they proceeded to be short and complaing about working the previous evening… needless to say we will not be returning..they had 0 customers there was no excuse for sending up away… and the audacity to give me a look when I didn’t tip after having me pay for the food before I even received it… because trust if we would of had good service you would of had a good tip… goodluck to this location hopefully it gets managed better in the future.

I went into the restaurant to order to go. There was a wait, no problem but 2 parties with 4 came in after I had already ordered and they received all of there food 10 mins before me. I ordered 2 all stars with bacon and a Biscuit and gravy. The bacon was missing from both my orders. This used to be the best location but this is the 3rd time they can’t get the order right and it was repeated back to me.

I came with my 7 year old son, my 8week old son, and my fiancé. We ordered, got drinks, and left unattended for the duration of our eat. No refills. Forgot our waffle. We don’t ask for anything premium, just basic service and manners. The biggest part? We are the only ones here eating! So it’s not busy. We tip regardless it’s just been unpleasant experiences in the west Chester area. It’s exhausting especially the fact that we live here. If you want Waffle House. Go to another location. Waitress is Kristi.

Well !! Don’t go to this location. Rude waitress/waiter. 1ST waffle not cooked. No crackers. Took 2 times to understand the mumble. “we are out.” If they would talk to us and not walk way as they talked. But they were busy complaining that no one works. Stepped outside to call the manager or a different employee to complain. We were the only ones there at first. A man did come in. Guess who took his order after sitting there a few minutes. The cook. Only one drink refill. Just cause husband asked the cook. Took forever for them to add check. Should have been done right after the order was up. Oh yea, cook delivered the food. Waitstaff to busy on phone.

I came here today about 10:45 am thinking that I had settled for wafflehouse. granted these people are doing their jobs, I was completely blown away by the incredible service of their staff at this location. I know people are thinking it’s just waffle house. and it is just a waffle house. the service was very strongly overpowered by the genuine friendliness of the staff. our server Christina was beyond the requirements of any server I’ve encountered in a long time. my wife and my drinks never emptied once, the food while was the basic wafflehouse options not only came to us in a timely manner its was perfectly done special thank you to the cook that was there. their ability to recognize regular customers, not us, only proves that the staff at this location and time are above their requirements. with all that being said I am unfortunately limited on my stars im allowed to give otherwise I would give more. Christina thank you for your kindness and abilities as a staff member there. this will be the only waffle house I will be going to from here on out!!!!!

I don’t know the name of the worker but I came in at about 1am on Tuesday December 28th. He was the only worker in the building and already had a few costumers to wait on so I gave him time to get those orders in. Ordered my food and it came out great and had amazing costumer service by the gentleman. Had a ten dollar order and gave a 20 dollar tip. If a manger or someone sees this give that man a raise because he’s doing a great job, high would recommend!
