This is the second time in a row that my husband and I got the same server, Lauren She really seems to dislike my husband, ignoring what he asks for and not saying a word as she walks by and takes things off the table. She had another server bring our food, and it was missing things. Our sever was very rude, and I can not figure out why. We tipped both times. If she can’t deal with us, she should ask someone else to take our table. Next time, I will sit in another section if Lauren is our sever again.

First of all, we get there and there were only 2 booths clean even though it was 6am in the morning & no one there. The waitress waited a while to take our order because she was complaining about cleaning tables. We get our food and the eggs weren’t right, waffle was not fresh cooked and toast was cold. Had to send eggs back twice and waitress was rude about it. Meanwhile the guy cooking our food was also scrubbing floors out with several inches of smelly water on the floor near the grill. Worst Waffle House we have ever been to.

We had a great breakfast at Waffle House this morning (see photos). Our server Carlee was cleaning off a booth as we entered the restaurant—she was very thorough. The restaurant (and bathrooms) were clean and our food was very good (some of the best hash browns I’ve ever had).

Restaurant seemed clean. Employees were very friendly. Only thing bad i noticed was that the guy that was cooking was cross contaminating everything. He handled every customer’s plate with the same gloves he had on while handling raw meat. But, it all tasted good, regardless. If I die, I die lmao

The waitresses never calculate the bill properly! And their tip reflects it. When I get over charged for a kids meal twice by two dollars each time, that was part of your tip. not sorry.

Devon, (do not know last name) was a fill in cook from the scottsburg Indiana waffle house the day we visited the sellersburg waffle house. We overheard that statement during our visit. The food he prepared that day was cooked well done to perfection as ordered. If you say well done your food is well done. This guy obviously, genuinely cares about customer service and satisfaction. He was very professional and courteous. He deserves an A+ and a financial raise. Waffle house definitely needs team players like this guy. I’m confident their ratings would go to 5 stars consistently if all of their employees performed their duties like this guy. Great job Devon, keep up the good work man. You outshined any employee I’ve encountered at any waffle house. I used to drive a truck 10 years nationwide so I’ve visited hundreds of waffle houses in this nation. This guy should be the one making the training videos for waffle houses nationwide on customer service, and food preparation.
