This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We stopped in for dinner after fireworks. There was a lady with children and their dog at a table. There was no service vest for the dog. Upon sitting at the table, the dog began growling and barking at us and our children. The one and only cook walked over to get the dog to stop barking while still wearing her gloves and went right back to cooking. I understand being busy and being ahort-staffed, but this cook took the time to cook food for her dog and take it to him when her friend took the dog outside. Leaving her work area completely to feed her dog. At this time, there were three tables waiting in their food. The same cook left her area and went outside at least one more time during our visit. Again, while people were waiting on their food. An elderly gentleman voices his concerns about these issues, and the cook informed him that she was the shift manager and that if he wasn’t happy, he could leave, only to end the conversation by telling him she would not be making his food and he can just go. In addition to all of these issues, there was another worker, not on the clock, right outside setting offer larger fireworks. It is extremely dangerous to be doing near people, not to mention with a gas station right next door. When concerns were brought up to the workers, they became defensive and said their boss was okay with it, so they didn’t care what customers thought. The lady with the dog also jumped in during this time as she was another coworker who was not on the clock. Overall, this was a terrible experience, but the waitress was working incredibly hard to keep up with everyone essentially on her own.

It was a unique experience. I got here with my friends kind of late at night, at around 10 PM. The worker that first came to our table was really nice. He took our orders, had a pleasant conversation with us as we were the only customers at the time, and got us our stuff in a timely fashion.

I left before I even ordered. 7:30 am they had the music blasting so loud I couldn’t even hear what the waitress was saying! Ridiculous for that early in the morning! Went to Hardee’s!
