They don’t offer military discount. I’ve been to a lot of waffle houses. And they always offer a military discount. When looking online it says that waffle House normally offers a 10% military discount. The staff there was unsure about this discount. My suggestion is that management take a look into this matter and get it corrected. A 10% military discount for veterans is just something really Nice to offer. It also guarantees that I will eat there more than once. I support businesses that support the troops.

Was seated but no one came to service us. We waited, and waited.. the booths in front of us had a server, but he never even looked our way. The people who came in after us was serviced but whoever was serving our table didn’t want to work. We ended up leaving after waiting 15min.

Staff was pretty nice, one wait staff in particular Angel or Angela was really good, she handled the line very well and it was HECTIC but she held it down. The food was pretty good, but the flies GOTTA GO!!!! if you’re cool with a chaotic atmosphere, noise etc then you’ll be fine.

It was a great experience, for the most part. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. My cousin and I went around midnight. Only issues we had were them taking too long on getting us our sausages. The waiter gave the table behind us their food first, before we got our sausage, and we had ordered before them. Then when he handed them their food, he walked right by us without giving us an update on our sausage, so my cousin had to ask. Everyone has an off day (or night). Hopefully the guy gets better at giving updates to his customers, so they don’t feel forgotten about.

My wife and I were seated and never given a menu. I asked for a menu and was ignored on multiple occasions. The people in the booth in front of us were greeted, sat, and serviced, as were the other people behind us. NEVER AGAIN AM I STOPPING AT THIS WAFFLE HOUSE LOCATION, TERRIBLE!

Me and two of my friends stopped here one night. When we walked in most of the tables were dirty we couldn’t sit anywhere and there were only two other customers there. We waited for over half an hour and didn’t get acknowledged except for the cook getting us two waters and a milk 20 minutes into our wait. The waitress never came to us at all. The whole time she stood talking to the cook by the register. We finally got up and left. The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Waited 15 minutes to order takeout and no service. 7 people behind the counter, half the place empty, and they couldn’t understand the system in place at every Waffle House to order takeout at the register. Multiple waiters walked past us. Even as a line of people grew behind me, the staff turned their backs so they didn’t have to deal with us until all 3 customers in line left without ordering. Went to another Waffle House and was out the door with food in less time than I waited to order here.
