The service was appalling and the staff were extremely unpleasant. I specifically requested not to be seated near the bathroom, but their response was filled with attitude, insisting they couldn’t accommodate us at another table. As a customer, I found it absurd when they informed me that they had to clean the area at 2pm and it was only 1:25pm. Honestly, that’s not my concern. I simply wanted to sit where I preferred, nothing more!

The waitresses have no idea what they are doing, I asked for coffee creamer & my waitress told me she was going to walk out & couldn’t handle the pressure, the other one was running around the building for some reason? The cook was the only one doing his job. He had to bring us our food because & ring us up our waitress was having an emotional break down in the bathroom. He definitely deserves recognition❤️

Absolutely the WORST service from this establishment (Airline Hwy, Kenner). Sat in the booth for over 15 mins, just to have napkins and silverware placed on the table. Another 10 mins before drink order was taken. Couldnt even get that right as they forgot a drink, no straws. The waitress carried on to take other orders from people who literally walked in. Watched a couple leave, in which we were right behind them! The manager just looked around and said, wow another table leaving. Which the waitress didnt even acknowledge. You also have 4 line cooks needing to have the orders yelled out to them 3 times before they can even get it right. Went to another location (David Dr), and was greeted, served, and finished within 25 mins. The Airline location needs to take note from these guys. Terrible service and poor management!
