I love Waffle House! First off, they are always fully staffed, which is great! The servers are very attentive and our food order is always correct. I come here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience. The only complaint I have is that it is always so cold. Bring a jacket and your appetite and you are sure to have a great experience!

I went twice. The first time was at noon on a Friday. The waitress was AMAZING, very attentive, and sweet. The restaurant was clean and the crew got along. The second time was a Saturday evening, our waitress Lora was the total opposite. My husband had to get up 3 times for utensils, boxes to go, and the ticket. We never got refills, she never checked if we needed anything (the tea was extremely sweeet). I turned around and she was chit-chatting with a customer. The tables were dirty, ours was sticky, had to ask for something to clean it with, the crew didn’t seem to get along at all.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. I literally sat at the bar for 15 minutes with not one word said to me. Two black guys walked in and sat right beside me and before they even sat down they took their order. An employee that saw what happened actually laughed when he saw what the waitress did, 5 minutes later with still nothing I just walked out.

There were 3 workers. All were delightful, except for Mr Daniel. This was by far my worst experience at any location, nation wide. He made unpleasant remarks after every order and slammed utensils. I am one that ignores a bad day, because we all have them but it’s not his 1st. Not only did it disturb me, but also his coworkers because she asked. As a new resident, I would rather drive to other locations, than to have any more encounters with someone negatively preparing my meal. Please correct the issue.

I understand that it is a place of business but I set at the bar setting and the employees were loud talking and it was kind of disturbing me while I was trying to have a nice breakfast. But I think my waitress her name was Mel or Nel she was fantastic. And also my food came out exactly how I wanted it to so that really is all that matters.

Walked in Waffle House 1922 West Airline Hwy. LaPlace,La 70068 at 1:27am. The server and Cook was outside smoking WEED. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. No One was in the establishment to greet me or take my order and the music was LOUD. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Waffle House to anyone at night. They need to Hire some Dependable people who want to work. I WAS HUNGARY TOO.
