Sat at the table for 15 mins waitress asked if we had been helped yet we told her no she said she would be right back and then left and she sat down to to eat ..I do not believe we will be back..we usually come there about once or twice a week..if i couldn’t I would give a zero star

I tried to call in a take-out order, it rang and rang then a recording picked up that said that take out orders are reserved for people that come inside the store(not verbatim). Okay, Fine. I go in, and sit at the counter. Nobody greets me, zero acknowledgment, and they literally have more employees there than customers. Yes, I counted. A person walks in behind me, and they immediately tend to this person. The place was filthy, with hand prints/smudges all over the glass, liquor bottles and other trash all in the parking lot. I’d be careful going to this W/H, you may not get served, but after looking at all of the filth in, about and serving, that just may be a good thing. Sincerely,

Wondering what is going on at the Waffle House on 190 W in Hammond. At least 3 people or possibly more have transferred or quit. These were people who had been there a while. Probably something needs to be looked into. Also the food has gone down

This is by far my favorite Waffle House because it is right next-door to a well lit gas station so I never feel unsafe. Out of the three waffle houses including Ponchatoula in this place right next-door to the pilot gas station and the petrol gas station. They are by far the fastest and nicest Waffle House I’ve stepped foot in.
