Will forever be my go to place when I want someone else to cook me breakfast. Fast friendly service,my food was cooked in a timely manner and was correct. My waitress even went above and beyond and gave my daughter one of her adorable pens. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was the best Waffle House service & experience we’ve had .. I visit Waffle House daily in Hammond every morning I stop for my coffee & toast , from walking in the door the atmosphere , the cleanliness & the staff was just awesome ! Amite has it going on . I just happened to be in the area & stopped ! I didn’t even get our servers name but she was awesome sauce , she had short dreads & they were in 2 pigtails ! Thanks for your great customer service & the food was perfect !

Went in to place to go order, it was about 10:15 Sunday morning, they were busy. I waited several minutes before waitress asked if she could help me, told her I wanted to place a to go order, she said ok, give her a couple minutes, several minutes later, another waitress came up, same thing..a third waitress came up, and yep very same thing. There had been another customer who put her order in, waited at least 10 minutes .. her order was an order of hash browns. I left..if this is going to be their service, they’ve lost a customer, something tells be by other customers reaction, I’m not the only one that will NOT be returning.

Easy parking to get in and out without any interference plenty out door lighting with easy wheelchair accessibility to main entrance. Food was hot and ready with nothing wrong with my order. My hostess was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee was hot and made perfect couldn’t ask for better faster friendlier service. Recommend this waffle house over any I’ve stopped in at. Clean rest rooms and clean kitchen and tables were clean and ready for sitting. Can’t say a thing bad about store parking lot lighting or the staff. Stop on in and check it out for your self to see. I’d recommend the Angus cheese burger with hash browns and chili it’s amazing.

I couldn’t call to make a to go order and I was sick that day. They don’t answer the phone anymore. It’s in their message when you call. I won’t be going back for food. I was forced to go to the restaurant to make an order and wait until it was made, then take it home. Like i said, I was sick. I won’t be returning
