Cassie did a great job of making sure I had what I needed and one of the chefs even checked on me as he passed by to make sure everything was to my liking.

They were out of everything. Coke, tea, they gave me a hamburger patty on my Texas cheese steak. It was the worst waffle house food I’ve ever experienced and I’ve eaten at waffle house for over 40 yrs.

Was greeted hello when walked in the door. Set at the table for 15 minutes until my husband walks to the counter to ask is everyone on break cause we haven’t been addressed by anyone. He then replied sorry but no one still didn’t even take a drink order. One waitress did reply that it not her station. I do understand that good help is hard to find, but HOSPITALITY and team work makes for a Blessed day. I haven’t been to a waffle house in a while, now I remember why.
