I called this location about 10 times to place a to-go order because I live about 20 minutes away. No one answered the phone so I decided to go there and order. I get there and there is 2 customers already eating and 7 employees. I asked the lady if the phones are working and if they are taking to go orders and she said yes. So I pulled out my phone and called the number and it rang loud enough for everyone in the store to hear it. I then asked for the manager and told him and asked why they are ignoring calls for to go orders. He said they will do better. Poor customer service. Do not offer a service you cannot provide.

Stopped get orders to go from this location heading to La for for clean up. Limited menu with a 10% service charge for take out. Really at the waffle house, its always been open for take out. Then they give us our food and tell us they don’t have to go flatware. So I guess we were supposed to eat with our fingers. But didn’t tell us until after paying. The food was good though.
