Good food and wonderful service! Waiter was extremely attentive and very kind and friendly. Atmosphere was great, very quiet but relaxing so you were able to enjoy your meal without being interrupted because of the loudness. Fox was spectacular! very tasty and delicious

Staff working together well and getting customers taken care of quickly and efficiently. My only concern was that the guy working at the beginning of the line kept coughing and looked like he was sick. Made me concerned that he may be passing germs especially since he was working with food.

I went to the location in Watson on hwy 16 and nobody acknowledged me at all while I was waiting to place an order. I waited close to 10 minutes as I saw the person nearest to me at the counter go to a table of people who walked in after me to take their order. (They smiled and greeted them when they came into the establishment) I asked who was the manager and the cook said it was her. She never came to see what I wanted. I walked out of the establishment. It was approximately 20 people in the restaurant, all were white except one black man who was sitting near the register. He looked like he was in the sunken place. I got bad vibes when I came to this location in the past, but my love of Waffle House food brought me back. It’s not worth the nasty treatment that I received. They were extremely rude!!! I will never go to this location again! They all need to be fired. Corporate office need to install cameras. I wish that they could see how racist and unprofessional those people were to me on 6/22/23 at approximately 10:20PM. They don’t deserve any stars, but I had to put something in there for it to submit.

The waitress overcharged us and forgot to bring the bowl of chili we ordered. The hashbrowns were undercooked and the waitress never came to check on us to ask how we were doing if we needed anything etc. I used to be a waitress at waffle house in denham springs and I always made sure my customers were happy and had everything they needed. And I would have understood if they were super busy, but there were literally only about 3 tables of customers in the whole place. The inside of the place is beautiful and new but the customer service was horrible.

My friend Karen and I went to have lunch Friday February 17, 2023 at Waffle House in Watson, LA. I have been to numerous Waffle House locations over the years and we were treated worse than I have ever been treated anywhere. We sat there for 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the staff. We finally were given menus after 20 minutes. Karen had to take a work call while we waited, which took about 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, 2 guys walked in and sat behind us. They were helped immediately and our waitress started to take their order. Karen asked if someone was going to take our order since these guys had just walked in and we had been waiting for 30 minutes. The waitress rudely stated that she didn’t take our order because Karen had been on the phone. Once again, this was a five minute call and I had not been on the phone. When the waitress said this, the manager just stood watching and never said anything. She had just been standing there and staring at us since we had walked in. We felt like it was a racial thing against us since the only white girl that was working that day was the only one that talked to us. She unfortunately was not our waitress. The other 2 employees were black and the manager was a black lady. After the waitress rudely told us that she was not taking our order since Karen was on the phone, she took the guys orders that came in 30 minutes after us ( and they were on the phone, as well). I stood up and asked Karen if she wanted to go somewhere else. She said that she really wanted to eat since we were hungry. I just said that we could go somewhere else. Once again, the manager just stood there while her employee was rude to us, refused to take our order and did not ask if there was anything we needed. So, if i could give a restaurant a zero, i would. They are getting a 1 since that is as low as i can go. This place is racist against white people, the restaurant was dirty and the tables were all nasty. I had to wipe it with a napkin just so i could sit and not get food on me. Don’t go here, if you want to get served, and if you don’t dare to answer an important phone call. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!!!!!~

I used to really like this location and would come in 1-2x per week every week. For roughly 2 years. However, as new staff comes in and the old staff becomes complacent, the service has gone down significantly. Now, I come in about once every 3 weeks or so. I’ve been waiting for my first refill since my food arrived… 20 minutes ago. The staff are busy flirting with young female patrons. Not surprisingly, the brought my check out immediately with the meal. I’m about to leave the restaurant incredibly disappointed over the continuous and escalating lack of basic customer service. It’s Waffle House so I’m not expecting nuch, but a simple refill in an empty restaurant seems reasonable.

They are extremely racist, I waited so long for my food , I’d say about 30 minutes and a white man walked in and they served him immediately. I would not recommend going here. And when I say here I mean this town.
