Had breakfast here and was not great, service was eh, food was ehh and wasn’t much seating due to dirty tables. Finally got our food and we found a hair in our food!!! Then they have the audacity to say it isn’t there’s . Don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see we don’t have nappy hair!! Got an attitude so we paid and left, absolutely ridiculous

So I was a cook and Manger at the Waffle House from 1993 to 2017 more on than off. The cook nice guy did the best he could with the training he had ..He was not well trained seemed nice enough and gave me what little service I did get. The Salesperson on the other hand straight dog water, not friendly in the slightest and when asked to see the menu with the pricing that had the Porkchop and eggs on (what I had) she said that there was not one. That they had a pricing sheet for them that we (customers) were not allowed to see . Remember 1993-2017 more on than off 40+ hours a week doing and training others to do her job. Long story short if there in 2nd shift hours 2pm-9pm you would do better to try the next exit up Waffle House or some place that still cares and take care of the poor cash customers.( Waffle House internal motto) very sad to see this happen

The waitress was sitting at one end of the restaurant when we went in. One of them finally told us to sit anywhere we want to sit and came over and wiped the table. Over 5 minutes later one of them came and took our order. While eating I looked at the floor under the booths and saw a fork and filth all alone the baseboard of the floor. I looked at the floor under the table I was sitting at and it was filthy also. Now I see why it was only 3 people eating there around lunch time. This was my first and last time eating there

It’s ALWAYS fantastic! My absolute favorite breakfast restaurant! Their burgers are great too!! Love their Country Ham…now if they’ll just get Ranch Dressing back…it’s fabulous on their Hashbrowns!

Husband and I came here before picking up a load thursday around 8:30am. waitress aliya was nice, attentive and professional. Food came super fast, super hot and was good. Cooks need to maybe ease up on the butter. Food was swimming in butter lol we will just request less butter when we return they also forgot to add my smothered onions but it’s OK lol

Good food service decent but had to hear of the manager or district managers life as she spoke very loudly for all to hear in the whole place. (Which included finding someone to pick up her kids from school when she picks them up and someone covering for her. She is going on vacation and that her 2 kids and an employees kids were in the same grades and how she was ordering things for the store)Floors were dirty(crumbs and small pieces of paper) , glass on both doors were disgusting and did not want to touch , and unfortunately had to see behind the counter. Cook was on his phone and everytime he put something in the trash he missed. He did not care nor did any other employee! We were just waiting for one of the to slip on one of the napkins on the floor.there were 5 workers there and at anytime 4 were doing nothing!(not including the mamage)

Hit or miss. Depending on the rush and the cook, the food can be great or just ok. The customer service was good. The atmosphere was good. I usually try to go around the times the rush has already went through. Its better. You can actually enjoy your coffee with your breakfast and listen to the music playing.
