I was craving a waffle and thought of them.Called one location with no answer and got a response from this location.I was so thankful to receive my order and the ladies that were serving customers were like a well oiled machine. My food wasn’t bad it actually the Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, and Toast were prepared fine. My Waffle just could have been shown a little more TLC.

My partner & I stopped in to eat after a long day on the road. We were starving! We asked our server “Michelle” if we could order a waffle as an appetizers so we could control our hanger. Michelle was great! The food was perfect, service was lovely, the place was clean. A+

Refused service … two women with a seven year old child at 9 pm. Made eye contact multiple times, seated and cared took orders of larger groups that came in after us. After 30 minutes we left as it was apparent that they had zero desire to wait on us, to the deferment of the the child who was excited for some Waffle House waffles. Never had this problem at other locations.

The service was rather slow, and employees made it seem like you as a customer were an inconvenience to them. The food was overly seasoned as you can see on the steak is loaded with pepper. Coffee was fresh, and that was about it. I’ll pas next time in the area.

I love the hashbrowns cup with bacon and eggs. But I was twice in Zachary. And twice I asked them to see that they would be crispy inside and outside. I got them crispy outside. But inside barely cooked. And soggy with grease. I don’t digest them like this. The service was great.

Never seen so many people working behind a counter and nothing getting done. Probably the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. I thought the worst Waffle House was in Ft Pierce, FL but this location takes the cake.

Food was excellent, service is as expected for a hot spot restaurant. Had the chili with mushrooms. Cook works calm and steady. Sanitary work station for short order. Off menu Grilled cheese is good, but cheese did not fully melt. Overall pleasant experience. Protocols being used efficiently and effectively. Waitress even ran out to deliver forgotten item for guest.
