Every table was dirty and my child and myself were the only people in there. The waitress was fine at first but as soon as the food came out she handed me my ticket and my plate as if rushing me out. Then 2 more friends joined us about 10 minutes later and the waitress NEVER came back to the table. I had NO REFILL. My diabetic daughter had NO REFILL and they wouldn’t even take the drink order of my 2 friends that sat there for 47 minutes at our table. I’m a bar manager and a PHENOMENAL tipper. I was absolutely appalled about the service that night. I will never go back to the waffle house across from the pilot again and it’s literally 3 minutes from house. I’d rather wait in line an hour at whataburger in 106 heat then be blatantly ignored when I’m sitting in your establishment over an hour .

Erika was so nice. She was quick to clean, take care of her guests, and manage seating. I honestly had a bad experience a few years ago, so didn’t want to come back. This visit changed everything!! It was great!!

Breakfast was good, our server Lucki was great and friendly. The place was clean, even the bathrooms. The ladies who cook had gloves on but the guy who was helping to cook in this picture did not have any on (reason for 4 stars). This waffle house was great, teach anyone who wants to dabble with our food to wear gloves. They also do veterans discount.

12-15-19 Sunday morning breakfast. So while driving down the interstate Sunday morning I decided to stop at a random waffle House for breakfast. The waitresses were sociable and very polite. The food had good presentation and also did not taste bad. The food was consistent with other locations. The location appeared to be clean and had holiday decorations up which was a pleasant sight. Overall it was not a bad experience and I would return to this location.

Got loaded hash browns had no tomatoes in it ordered a chicken bacon melt with veggies had no veggies on it they forgot the pie and biscuit gravy as well too much money and they charged like 20% just for to go order

Good place to eat. It was mid Sunday morning and they were very busy. The servers seemed stressed but pleasant and efficient nonetheless. It was awesome to watch the cook/grill operator. She did a great job and seemed to handle pressure very well. She was definitely the “Rockstar” her uniform claimed she was. Glad we chose to stop there for breakfast.

Great place to eat especially when you drive a big truck and can fuel and park across the street at the Pilot. I had a 2 week tranee cook my poached eggs and they were perfect cause everyone was helping him the attitude and atmosphere were just right and what I like about Waffle House, the “Home of the FREE because of the BRAVE” poster made my heart sink and a feeling of pride came over me. Proud to be an American and proud to eat at an institution that supports good American values!

Was not a fan of the service. Food was good, but it’s sad when an older lady is the one having to cook it all while others are just complaining and fussing at one another. Not to mention same lady that’s cooking everything is also picking up the slack of others with my table and the 2 other tables. Giving one star specifically for the one lady. She would be the only reason I would go back.
