Server was rude as could be!! Literally pulled up a chair to tale or order then disappeared!! Was told she ran out the back!!! They was out of just about everything and made our food wrong!! We got up paid and left went to the other waffle house. We won’t be back to the Maumelle location!!

The staff is very friendly, and the food was good. Unlike the IHOP down the road, they actually had creamer for their coffee. For only $5 you can buy a cool Waffle House souvenir mug. This was my first time at a Waffle House, and it was way better than the IHOP down the road. It is nothing I would brag about, but the only thing I have to compare it to is the terrible IHOP down the road. Which it is wayyy better than.

Man, normally I don’t leave reviews for restaurants.. but I really gotta hand it to my guy Cam, the new second shift supervisor; first off.. that man can throw down in that kitchen. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and knows how to take a joke! Not only that but every time I go in and I see he’s working, I already know my experience is going to be next level. As someone who’s been eating Waffle House for a long time, it’s just really nice to see someone really enjoy what they do.

Why do they never answer their phone. I’ve called countless times throughout the years and never once has anyone ever answered the phone. I don’t feel like dining in and I don’t feel like driving there to order my food and wait 30 minutes to be able to go home and eat it.
