Never in my life did I ever think I’d give Waffle House a review lol But tonight’s service was amazing!! My husband & I had a new guy named Trent who never missed a beat! Tonight was the first time I’ve been in there and not seen anyone on their phone etc.. this young man was cleaning when we walked in & it was spotless!!! We ordered & he continued to clean Give him a raise!! Very well mannered also!

Waffle House is always there when you need them. Period. Quality of the food is irrelevant when they’re the only thing open. Tastes like gold when it’s all you got vs going home and cooking at 2am. A little pricey for 2 people to eat ($45) but I guess that’s because I got a bunch of sides instead of a meal for myself.

Patricia and Mon are the definition of customer service. Even with people entering non stop they didn’t give attitude not once. They were so friendly and accommodating. I was truly blown away by it all. The food was fresh and amazing. And not once did I have to ask for anything Patricia was on it with checking in with us and making sure we were ok. If I could give this more stars I would.

Staff was very accommodating however I ordered the Steak breakfast platter, with the option of sirloin it a t-bone and I ordered a MEDIUM+RARE and unfortunately my sirloin came out well done but other than that I would still go back and recommend it as a decent restaurant for others to go visit.
