Waffle House isn’t supposed to be the best food/hangout space, but the service here by Bri (as in Brianne and not brian) was awesome. She was juggling everyone else’s work and managed not to forget us. Her attitude was rad and we tipped her accordingly! $$$

I’ve been to this Waffle House three times now, all on third shift. The first couple of times everything was absolutely perfect, I had an older Caucasian gentleman who cooked an omelet for my girlfriend and chicken for me. It was wonderful. This last time, however, I had an older African American gentleman who had a very sour attitude. He was very condescending, and he messed up my order in three different ways, even after assuring me, there was no confusion. I’m not usually very confrontational, so I decided to just take it rather than argue, and when I got back, I was so disgusted I just trashed the whole order, and brought her to Sonic before work.

My husband called in & paid over $40 for an all star special with large order of bacon, 3egg with large bacon, & 2 eggs with bacon. So when he gets there, they gave our order to someone else’s. Then tried to offer him someone else’s order. An hour later when he gets home we got less food then what was paid for on 2 orders. I now understand why people were walking out.

I walked in at the same time another person walked in, they went to the counter and put in a to-go order, I sat down . I wasn’t even acknowledged or helped in so long the woman’s togo order was ready . Ordered crisp hash browns, they were soggy almost like noodles and waffle was flat and mushy . They were not even busy cause they had plenty of time to talk. Hated it
