Walked in and sat down, sat there for about 10 minutes and watched as both servers stood in one spot looking confused, watching the only cook make food, and talk to eachother. One of the servers made eye contact with me several times, and continued to stand there like their feet were glued to the floor. Looking around the room, there was about 4 other tables who haven’t been acknowledged, no drinks, nothing. So I walked out. Worth it to drive to 71.

We waited forty minutes for a table and had a hungry baby with us. 3 tables were empty but dirty with the last customer’s dishes. One couple asked the 5 people working if they could clean them. He got a response of… I’m calling in a order, give me a minute. Several minutes later they walked out. Another couple came in and waited, tables still didn’t get cleaned, they left. A couple young ladies came in. Worker went over cleaned a table, called them to come sit with us still waiting, they go sit and instead of cleaning the other tables she took their drink order, got it then took their breakfast order. We walked out. In 40 minutes time 3 families walked out from very poor service. Money lost. Very disappointed and won’t go back. This was only Greenwood AR store

First off, I have to say the restaurant was spotless, which was great. Now about the service….there was one other customer in the restaurant, so they were not busy. My husband and I ordered, I got my food about 5 minutes before he got his. My hash browns were wrong, his bacon was half burnt and the other half was fat. His toast was cold, the butter was just slapped on top of it. We both needed refills on our drinks, but the employees were too busy talking and playing around. I finally had to go to the counter and ask for refills. The servers both had masks on, but the cook/supervisor did not. But at least the restaurant was clean….

Let me just start off by saying, I love eating at the Waffle house. But the last two times that I have been there(Greenwood)it has been horrible. The restaurant has been filthy both times and the waiting staff was just standing around chit-chatting with each other. It took them 25 minutes to clean one table, due to them standing around BSing and I had to go to counter to even get refill. The time before I witnessed wait staff/manager cursing at customers(With children present). I have never been to a Waffle House where they don’t greet the customers. The management was horrible and did not deal with any of the issues. I will not return to the Greenwood location or recommend it either, until they fix it!

We had went here to eat after a long day. We went in, no greeting at all, found ourselves a table. We sat there waiting for our order to get taken. After waiting a while we had told the waitress we were ready to order. She was very rude and disrespectful and did not take our order. Then she had went back to talking to other customers. Very terrible customer service and very rude workers. Will not go back there
