Idk who the young lady is working this morning but she has a bad attitude and can’t cook! I placed a to go order and my eggs and bacon were undercooked. They didn’t put choc chips on my waffle. When asked to fix the waffle she literally sprinkled crumbs on it. I guess the trash and sweeping were more important to her. She literally didn’t even stop sweeping or greet me when I walked in and went to help other customers while my to go order was sitting on the counter. Find a new job if you don’t like or can’t live up to the standards of your current one!

Went in yesterday as we do almost every Tuesday, had a new waitress I had never seen before most likely because we went in the evening. The food was made fantastic, got our check after we were done. We get the same thing every time, all the prices looked right but the total looked way off. Started adding it on my phone and the total I got and the total on the check was $10 over what it was supposed to be, went to the counter and told her the total was off and it’s the same total everytime we go. She got her calculator and added it, and wouldn’t ya know it was 31.25 instead of 41.25. I understand people make mistakes but a $10 mistake, kinda seemed like we were trying to get scammed

Open during natural disasters. Tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, and my drunk @$$. They never fail to deliver. A midnight shift with nothing to lose. They serve a basic menu but do it splendidly. Give them a raise. Take care and God bless the 19th street crew.
