I bring my kids here often for a special breakfast treat and I love how friendly the staff is. We are greeted when we walk through the front door, served promptly and the order is always correct. The manager I spoke with, Stephen, was attentive and personable. What a great quality to have in leadership. We will come back time and time again based on the customer service.

Worked 13 hour shift last night, went to bed hungry. The Waffle House here certainly refilled my calories. The bacon was excellent, was thick and gigantic. Folks who like their bacon limp won’t appreciate it though. Compared to IHOP and Denny’s, everything here was much better. No lack of butter on the toast. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside, tender in the middle layer. Coffee was what I expected from a semi-fast food place. Certainly not Peet’s Brazil single-sourced coffee, you know what I mean. I poured all the creamer. They gave me in there and gave it a good walloping of sugar. Once it tasted like an ice cream sundae the blandness was irradiated.

Terrible. I came in a 2pm and not leaving til 3:15pm. Waiting on a TO GO ORDER. No customer service, plenty of staff in there and no one said anything to me. Terrible, slow, and unfair. Last time coming to that place. Didn’t give me a full waffle and put my grits in a coffee cup. Smh

As far as WHs come, this one is hit-or-miss. I come in, maybe, twice a month and hardly recognize anyone on staff each time. The quality of the food is typical, but the service is below average.

was the designated driver of a group of 4 and a group of me and about 7 friends went in at like 2:30 am. our server Courtenay took great care of us, striking up conversation with us and checking to make sure everyone in our group was good. one of us even spilled a drink but the staff didnt skip a beat and helped us clean it up with a smile on their faces. definitely dont think i wouldve gotten that experience anywhere else.

8/6/22: We went around 2am, and Lauren greeted us. There wasn’t a lot of customers dining in. Lauren was very friendly, and our food came out pretty quick. We had a hash brown bowl and a grits bowl. We appreciated how Lauren took care of us.
