This is by far the best Waffle House I have ever been to. Excellent customer service. Friendly and it seems that this team operates smoothly and efficiently! Give them a raise!! The bathroom was clean and that is unheard at Waffle House’ throughout DFW Metroplex. Thank you for a great breakfast!

I don’t understand why it’s called the Waffle House if the waffles are paper-thin. Can someone please explain that to me? I met a friend who I had not seen in years at the Ennis TX location. We were there less then 1 hour and done eating, but still drinking coffee and the waitress had already been tipped when we she asked to leave. We told her were were not done since we were drinking coffee. She said that there was ppl waiting, which there was one couple waiting to be seated and 2 empty tables. This was humiliating and sad that this waitress’ behavior gives this particular location and the owner a bad rating!

Staff was great and one of the cleanest waffle houses we’ve been in! Rated food a little lower just because of recent changes where the portions are definitely much much smaller while the prices are higher than before. But still tasted great!

Very expensive for the portioning, the hashbrowns were cool, almost cold, the bacon was extra crispy, and the burger was a kid’s meal size. The hamburger was hot and good. Michael did his best. Overall, it was good, though it wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m traveling through Ennis, TX again.
