Priscilla was amazing and very helpful. The other staff members need to remember that they’re at work and not in a playground. While they were not working they should have been cleaning tables, sweeping the floors and making sure the restaurant was in order. Instead they were in the back office and you could hear them just lollygagging.

for two hash brown bowls one with extra bacon and egg and the other regular came out to be $37 and some change ??? that’s outrageous when three days ago I went in and ordered the same thing but with gravy on both bowls and it was only like 28. the visit three days ago they put no cheese on the bowls. plus today we waited 38 mins for our food and there was only one table that ordered before us . this isn’t my first bad experience or even second…it’s the fourth at this waffle house and I will no longer go there. not like the lack of my business matters but it’s just a terrible waffle house.

This was the worst experience at Waffle House ever. First, the guy cooking asked me to wait outside. What a red flag. He substituted onions for my jalapenos and the scrambled eggs were definitely not the signature eggs we all know and love from Waffle House. 30 years and never been asked to wait outside ♀️

Yesterday (6/16/23), I made a to-go order in person. I ordered a Texas Egg, Ham & Cheese Plate, an All-Star Special, and two Sweet Teas. According to the online menu, the total I calculated, including tax was $24.63… however I was charged $36.60. This is definitely not right!

Walk in no greeting waiting 10 min until someone notice we were on a table waiters were questioning if it was there turn finally our waitress took our order give us dirty forks until I asked to change them she notice they were not clean took our order she forgot to give it to the cook while everyone just standing around not doing anything finally the cooks asked her because he notice us just sitting there and he great !!! 5 star to the cook but customer service a awful cook helper has her hair down he notice that she put her hair on our plate he change it because I knew I notice it
