We came here around 1030 and it was crowded! My kids have never eaten at a Waffle House so I wanted to treat them to an experience at one before they’re 20 and hungover at one. The staff at this location were sooooo nice! Our waitress Kathy was so sweet and attentive! We had a great experience minus the waiting, which the restaurant can’t really do anything about.

My girlfriend and I visited this location last week. My first visit was solo and the food and service were great! However, this visit we were served by Darlene. We both ordered the all star breakfast. My girlfriend ordered grits that were served on the plate with all her other food items. Obviously, grits are meant to be seved in a bowl! Then we waited on our waffles which were basically forgotten about. I also had a small issue with my eggs, I ordered them scrambled and they were fried instead. When I addressed the concern to the waitress she blunty said to the cook/mgr “I don’t know what is up with my customer”. Then to top it off my gf became ill after eating on unsanitary silverware. We will not be revisiting this location.
