This is the first waffle house I have ever gone to, and let me tell you it’s honestly the best one I’ve been to. I went to a few in Louisiana after going here and they were all trash compared to the one here in orange, maybe it’s the location? Who knows. Staff here were super friendly to my kids and I. Also they didn’t panic and throw a fit when my husband forgot his wallet in the hotel across the street, and went to go get it while the kids and I sat and finished our meals. The tables and floors were clean and there wasn’t a whole lot of business when we came in after the lunch rush, but it’s probably best that way since we are a family of 6.

They took very good care of us. The cook was very good and we’re very happy with our server. We hit it lucky and had the place to ourselves. I highly recommend this Waffle House.

My server’s name was Christian. His personal hygiene and dirty appearance ruined my appetite. His apron was filthy his shirt was disgusting, and his nails were really dirty. Management should have strict policies on uniforms. Back on the road with my stomach in a knot due to this experience.

I do feel like 3 stars is really pushing it. Sometimes it’s spot on and fast and they have all the right employees there and the process is smooth. Then there are other times.. when you will be sitting there for a long period of time after telling the waiter your order and then you hear her just now say your order to the cooks. I get it. It’s a very stressful job and it’s hard to find anyone who will make that low of money in today’s prices. But as a consumer I review accordingly. Still a very nice place and have gone every Sunday since we moved here. But next Sunday we will try out the other location near by.

I always like coming here! My review might be a little biased because I love breakfast food and could eat here anytime of the day. The lawn and parking lot is always maintained. For the most part, the tables seem freshly cleand. If you come here during peek hours expect it to be slightly busy. The restaurant is not perfect and I have had issues before when my drink wasn’t filled until I was leaving but I attribute that to it being very busy at the time. The employees seem kind and helpful if I ever had an issue. Been coming here about once a month for the past two years and haven’t even noticed anyone unusual “hanging out”.

Stopped by after first day of school drop-off. The staff was very welcoming. Tessa was our waitress and she was awesome. I watched as the waitress covered each other looked like a well put together team. It almost looked like they was running basketball plays the way they managed the floor and called plays out to the cooks. The place was clean and the food was very good.
