I ordered pick up from this location. When I picked up my food I was handed a suspiciously very light container. I had ordered chicken and waffles. When I inspected it, it had had half a piece of thin grilled chicken and a waffle the size of my palm. No syrup no sauce. When I had arrived the 2 girls on staff did not mention that the fryer was broken or asked if I would consider a replacement before handing me my food. I asked if they could replace it with something else of equal value but they insisted I go through doordash for the dispute. I told them I was very hungry and I’d already paid. So I asked if they could make a Chicken Avocado Tartine instead since they already made the grilled chicken. After a few minutes they handed me a replacment.. But was given no egg (but the yolk of the egg they made on the grill is in the container??), a tomato, basically no avocado (see picture for reference) , a waffle and one more chicken. At one point the 2 girls went into the back and were complaining quite loudly about how they didn’t want to do any more dishes or clean the fryer.

This is such a cute shop! food was delicious, chicken avocado tartine is my go to for savory. This time I got it keto style (the wife is on Keto) It was delivious. The banana foster is my favorite for sweet, but I thought I’d try the apple strudel waffle since its their seasonal special, it was delightful. Customer service was great, they even cleared my table when I left.

Their waffles are delicious and they have so many different options to choose from! You can go sweet or savory, or my favorite: one of each! The employees are always so nice and helpful. Very quick service as well. It is a little cramped inside, but given the location (part of a gas station) it makes sense. I’m just glad we have one so close now! Gotta get my waffle fix!

Went to this location to get some waffles one morning with my girlfriend. We were very excited but come to our dismay it was a bad experience. I ordered some chicken and waffles but they said their fryer was broken, heartbroken I said it was fine and asked for a different item on the menu. My girlfriend order gluten free waffles. It took them about an extra 15mins to get us our order. We left to go enjoy our waffles but my girlfriend soon discovered that the waffles were not in fact gluten free. She was sick for hours and I had to suffer because of it. Waffle love is great but we were disappointed with this interaction.

We waited 5 minutes to be served and 30 minutes for food. The fryer was broken. We asked for no whipped cream because my partner is lactose intolerant. It had whipped cream. At that point we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement. Also please do something about the flies.
