This place is so cute and the food is fresh and flavorful. I got The Sunshine and the lemon curd syrup was amazing and so delicious! The raspberries were huge and ripe. My friend went with a savory option and they were out of butter lettuce, so the server gave her avocado in its place. We had a great time and I’ll be going back for sure!

I’ve given one too many chances to this specific Waffle Love, and this location is just not it. I ordered an Apple Strudel sometime after 10am today, and received an email saying I can pick my order up at 10:55am-a whole hour?? I did not get to leave on my lunch break until 11:30, which should have been plenty of time for them to give me my correct order. I opened the box and got Chicken and Waffles instead..I got the ice cream though! The young lady behind the counter did make me an Apple Strudel and told me to keep the mistake order. I would have liked to enjoy my correct order during my lunch break. I have never gotten a mistaken order-I have come 10 minutes later than the 20-30 minute time frame they give me, and they don’t touch my order until I get there. I am extremely disappointed and have lost my business.

The cash registered lady was good with recommendations and very professional. However the incredible long wait for the waffle was ridiculous. I feel the staff is too focused on online orders and pick ups versus the customer that standing in front of them.

Super disappointed when I went in last week. This was the worst one I have ever received but this location is never consistent with taste or visual. My waffle was super tiny and super burnt. It has the smalled amount of the biscoff, maybe one full strawberry, and smusy raspberries (on the side).

I mean I would just go here for the awesome decor and atmosphere. The Mrs and I dropped by for a late night snack so just an hour before close. We didn’t want to go home yet while the babysitter put the kids down. Staff was nice and helped with recommendations. The Nutella waffle was great and the whipped cream slaps. The banana foster waffle was also bussin.

We have been coming to this location for a little over a year and wanted to give a shout out. The employees are so nice and the food is always so tasty.
