We like the food, waffles are good, and orders came out 95% correct. The service is oddly amusing and awkward. We were a party of 4 and the 3rd party sat on a Sunday morning just after opening the doors 5 minutes late. They sat us right next to a party of 6 with a high chair for a baby. Servers had to turn sideways to fit between our tables. It was odd to be placed so close to strangers; it felt like we were sharing a picnic table but there were only 3 different parties for the first 20 minutes. Next to the soda fountain there are 2 employee only doors…to the left “IN” to the right “OUT”- it’s entertaining to watch which employees use the “IN/OUT” doors as intended and which don’t. This was our 2nd trip and although I enjoy the food we were really disappointed with the awkward seating. The servers (seemingly) have no private place to congregate so they do their best to provide customers privacy by looking off into space while waiting for orders at the kitchen. My suggestion is to back fill the restaurant so the first customers get window seats. Also, space out separate parties, when it’s not busy. Finally, build a privacy screen or some place for workers to wait that doesn’t feel on top of customers.

This place is underrated! Husband found this option because they had gluten free waffles and they did NOT disappoint. No wait for 2 on a Saturday at 1030 but we could have gotten in line online as well. Ample parking, many iced coffee flavors. A huge list of waffle toppings and flavors. I got the bananas foster one they have as a pre-built option and it was amazing. It even had ice cream! Seriously loved this place and wish I didn’t live 2.5 hours away from it.

I’ve read the reviews and am baffled by what people are expecting here…its a gourmet breakfast( and a decent number of brunchy items) place that features well made waffles and coffee drinks…the prices are what I expect for a well made meal. Everything we had was great…strawberry banana crepes chocolate banana waffle, house made sausage, chicken and waffles all feature something unique and house made that makes this place very appealing. Top it off with great service and you get an excellent breakfast experience…and the coffee is cheaper than eat-n-park!

Waffles in caffeinated latest venture is indeed a pricey place to get breakfast. Place is packed with people. I found getting on the waitlist before arrival helped immensely. I noticed that they have some open space where they could put a few more tables in.

Was super excited when I heard they were putting in this Upper St Clair / BP border location.

They were super busy, but for a table of two we got seated within 10 minutes. The service wasn’t that great; we waited a long time before our server finally greeted us, and refills were few and far between. However, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because this location just opened a few days ago, so maybe they’re still trying to get into the swing of things. The waffles were very good! They were very sweet though, so if you’re not a sweet-tooth I don’t recommend them. Overall the experience was alright, nothing too terrible but nothing to rave about. The chocolate milk was awesome, though!

First time visiting, order was initially missing sausage that was ordered. food quality is ok, somewhat on the small side for the price. soda selection was also very limited today. busy but not packed, has outdoor seating as well. Meal was served quickly after order.

Parking is close and level. Seated fast, great waitress! Went with a basic Belgian waffle, with butter and syrup, and a side order of crisp bacon and water, total of $13.70 without the tip.
