Came here for a work lunch. I was thoroughly impressed and delighted at how good this meal was. I got the beef bowl with fried egg, white rice, and kale salad. Amazing! My plate was the envy of the table, as we all went to different locations and sat together outside.

Can I give a negative star? One is too much. Terrible customers service. Was treated extremely rude. Will never eat here again. This place is above average price for basically a Teriyaki bowl. I paid $1.00 extra for brown rice. I received white rice. After I brought it back they asked if they could just give me the brown rice on the side. I replied no can you please remake the bowl. Keep in mind only on bite of the kale salad before I noticed. I was given an instant attitude. I wasn’t looking for anything other than rebuilding the bowl. They could have used the same meat. Instead they treated me like garbage in disgust because of my request. Terrible, terrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I already submitted a complaint to the health department as well. I went in at the end of the day on 02/14/2023, and they were taking plastic utensils and plastic containers out of the trash and washing them. I questioned myself at first, but the plastic containers used to take sauce to go were all wet as if they were just washed. Im assuming they thought no one would come in, and they would dry over night. When I confronted them, the cook acted like he didn’t speak English and the cashier aggressively forced me to leave. If they think they can get away with this, who knows what they’re doing with the food. I’m posting this so everyone can be aware.
