Disappointing. We went to the new store in Hollywood casino on the second day they opened. First disappointment was seeing that this is counter service only. We were not really hungry, so I ordered two burgers and 2 drinks. The bill comes to a little over $40! I just got instructions to pick up order further down the counter, so we moved on down and waited. The pick up area is shared with Take 2 Grill, same workers handing out food for both places. I waited about 10 minutes, while chatting with 3 or 4 other about how long the wait was. Orders would appear under heat lamps. No attempts to find customers, some noticed food that looked like theirs and requested the order. There were 9 tv monitors, but did not see any number system. After about 15 minutes, I saw an order that looked like mine, I approached the counter and it was mine, the lady pushed it my way, but I noticed it was missing the Wahlbrewski. The workers retrieved the beer she had poured about 10 minutes earlier and put on the tray. After sitting down, I could see 2 additional monitors, displaying the name Take 2 Grill logo and numbers for orders up, and presumingly for the Wahlburger place, but not communication to confirm this. Anyways the burger was good as was the brew, not really worth the money or time. I realize this was their second day, the system needs work, still unreal price for 2 smallish burgers, a small 12 ounce shake and beer, served by counter service.

I been to multiple locations and for this one to be in a casino the burger was still really good. The milkshakes were small and expensive but I don’t drink milkshakes so no big deal for me. It is in the food court but the seating table and chairs are good. I also like to buy the wahlburger Pattie’s from store and throw them on grill it’s a decent quality beef.

Ok so was very worried seeing the previous reviews. But wow! The burger had decent flavor. But could bump up the quality of bacon. But dinner for 2 with drinks and one order of fries was only $32. Would go back, only downside is you have go to a casino to enjoy it.

So-o-o disappointed! After watching the Wahlburgers show for many years, I expected so much more! First of all, a food court! Tacky, IMHO. Second, my burger was just awful! Tasted frozen and cost way too much! Wouldn’t even take leftovers to my dogs. Third, no tater tots or alcohol except draft beer. Fourth, extremely poor service – very slow and not helpful or interested in helping anybody. All in all, would definitely not ever do a food court Wahlburgers and would think twice about going to a restaurant. I don’t think this is what Paul Wahlburger would approve! Too bad it was my choice for a birthday dinner!

Not what we expected. It wasn’t a restaurant more like a food court set up. Wasn’t anything like there full menu . Just 3 to 4 hamburgers selections. Hamburgers patties had no taste. That enough of there special sauce to make a difference. We still want the try the Whalburger full service restaurant. Maybe that is be better.

Waited 30 minutes for two burgers. Counter style ordering, like a food court at the mall. Came here for my birthday and left disappointed. They were not busy at all but still took forever to get our food. Would not recommend.

This wasn’t from the restaurant but I had nightmares after eating this burger from a Meijer that I had purchased an I haven’t had one till this day an that was back im January thus year but i love the movies

If you’re looking for a $2 fast food burger then this isn’t for you because that’s not what walhburgers is. The food was good especially the onion rings. It is in the food court area but the chairs are much better than the ones a few months ago.
