Ordered a Crispy chicken blt salad, which was missing half the toppings it was supposed to come with. As well the tiny little chicken strip that came with it was far from crispy and all the soggy breading was in the bottom of the bowl. We also ordered “The our burger” and asked for no cheese and no sauce and it came covered in the sauce… called to talk to them about the issue and basically they said “oops sorry”…. I could have had better service at McDonald’s

Excellent food. Top notch service. I had the ring leader with sweet potato tots she had the pb&j buger with fries. Both are awesome. Didn’t think peanut butter on a burger would work but it does here! Also had the red velvet cupcake shake and she had the chocolate cupcake shake. Real cupcakes were used to make each shake and they were delicious. Worth going as the prices are pretty reasonable and the food is great!

It was decent food, but waited for over an hour after ordering to get our orders (it was 3 sandwiches with no modifications at all from the menu). The food was okay, but not worth the price or the hour long wait for a burger. The entertainment options they offer on certain nights would be the reason to go back, but without an event, I would probably go elsewhere.

For some reason this place gets a bad rep but I think it’s phenomenal. Some of the best genuine bartending you’ll find in CR, not to mention an UNBEATABLE happy hour, that doubles down with points you can earn through the wahlburgers app. You can then use these rewards for FREE FOOD!!

This food was so good we will have to go back to try something else on the menu. It was kinda weird ordering in hyvee especially for the price but it was so delicious. You also had to get your own drink refills and ask for a new cup (yay pandemic). Will go again.

Very awkward to enter the restaurant only to be escorted out of it, into the grocery store, to order at a counter and then have to go back into the restaurant. It made us feel rushed. As it was our first time there we weren’t sure what we wanted and it would’ve been nicer to have more time to look over the menu. We decided on appetizers – pretzel bites and chicken egg rolls. Both were okay. Not amazing but not terrible. The egg rolls were a bit more greasy than I’m used to. I feel like it’s all priced like a nice but casual sit down restaurant, but it doesn’t feel like that at all after the whole ordering fiasco and not having waitstaff do anything more than drop food off and disappear. They have small signs saying which tables are sanitized between guests and despite ours being marked as such there was partially dried syrup on it which i found when my sleeve literally stuck to the table. With the great amount of near by restaurants to choose from we’ll probably select somewhere else from now on as it just felt off somehow and wasn’t really spectacular.

Placed our order. 20 mins later, we were told they were out of the menu items. New order. 20 minutes later, we were told the same thing again. Ordered a third time. Received wings and nachos with cold, lumpy queso cheese after waiting an hour. Really bad service. Poor food quality.

This is a very different experience from the Hy-Vee Market Grille previously at this location. First, unless you are over 21 and order from the bar…, you or your table must first order at the Walhburgers station in the main part of the grocery store. So enter there, order, and go in. Then a “server” will bring your table your order. The vibe is different too; kind of fast-foody even though, through conversation with the bartender I learned all Wahlburger burgers are hand patted beef from Iowa! Worth a second chance; I’ll be back with the fam for another opinion.
