Mediocre burgers. I never expected $15 burger be as low quality as this. American processed cheese. Kids meal came with fruit cup as the side. Like the plain preserved part of the 6pak plastic thing with tons of sugar. I would receive better quality and service in McDonald’s.

Food was passable. Definitely not of the quality they are charging. You will get a MUCH better burger at Culver’s. Mine was overcooked. I could let that slide, but the soda machine was disgusting. Filling a cup with a clear soda like sprite left tons of black floaters in the liquid, indicating that the nozzles seldom get washed. If you can tolerate all that, the cherry on top was the big screen tv showing a show about children with cleft palates where they show the actual corrective surgeries. Don’t get me wrong, I want the kids to be seen and get the help they need, but seriously? I cannot handle seeing that kind of thing while I’m eating.

The burger was fantastic. Chocolate malt is nothing more than blended chocolate ice cream. That was a drag. The overhead music is as loud as going out to a nightclub. Then switch to a TV show at the same volume. I will never go there again.

My girlfriend has a number of health allergies, the staff was not only very accommodating and polite but also went out of their way to make sure we knew certain sauces were unsafe. Shout out to Ben for being a fantastic server, thank you.

I ordered the Bacon Arugula Salad to go. When I opened it up I thought they had only given me arugula, the very few toppings provided were all underneath. For a $10 salad I just expected a whole lot more.

I’m so stuffed…. I can barely write this review. The Fiesta burger is great. Add more jalapeños if you want it more spicy. Think I’m going to have to roll myself home. The fries are fast food quality but the tater tots make up for the fries undesireability. Also need to add that the buns were meh. Probably a little bit less meh then the emoji meh. The servers are incredibly nice.

6pm on a Thursday night. Their check in desk (located outside the restaurant) says to check in and order there, yet no one was staffing it. 2 employees at the bar don’t even look at people coming in the door. No wonder they only had people sitting at 2 tables and was otherwise empty. Don’t expect they will be in business long. Certainly won’t waste my time trying again.

This new system of ordering outside the restaurant and seating yourself then waiting for them to find you is ridiculous. We ordered got one of our beverages to take with us and was told they’d bring the other to the table. We got our food mentioned the missing coffee and asked for 2 waters, the person brought 1 water and said the coffee and 1 more water would be there shortly. We finished our meals sat there and finally went up to get a refund on the coffee. The food was good but the experience and service lacked big time. This used to be a great place for a quick bite but i guess that’s gone now. There were barely any customers in there and it took a while for food to come! Last time going there.

This place thinks you should tip before you are ever even served or have a chance to try your food. Yea no. You want me to tip you before i even get food. But yet i have to go outside the resturant and fill my own refills. What is this place thinking. Good way to lose paying customers! What a joke.
