Food is good but the service is not good. People sitting on their phones ignoring any customer that wanted to order any food. There was no other customers in the restaurant, which meant it was slow but no excuse.

Wouldn’t come back here. Might as well drive a little farther for the real Wahlburgers at MOA(never had an issue there). Ordering and deciding at the front desk doesn’t make sense(front desk people don’t know the menu, they just get thrown in). Forgot to order a drink so had to get that separately. Biggest problems this visit were the menus online are completely diffident. We both ordered salads and screwed up both dressings, only got half the toppings as menu states. Doubt the cooks even have a menu to look at. Hy-vee does a terrible job with this.

The ordering at that counter is stupid. People want to sit down. And then there’s no one working the bar if you want beer. I’m sitting at the bar right now needing two beers and I’ve been here for a while. I’m guessing the bartender is making food in the back. Hey Marky Mark, hire some freaking people to work in your restaurants so people don’t have to wait so long.

Really disappointing food. BBQ wings were genuinely gross, tasted like ketchup. Wife wasn’t impressed with her burger.. luckily the chicken tenders were edible. Clean restaurant and good staff saved this place from 1 star.

Ordered the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and the chocolate cake to give them a try. The chocolate cake I couldn’t even eat because it was hard as a rock like it and sat out for three days. No lie. The raspberry cheesecake wasn’t quite as bad but you could tell that it had also sat out for a couple of days will never patronize this place again.

They had you order up front and I had to hold my son the whole time, but all I wanted to do was sit down and order. Then the young man taking our order did not know the menu and I had questions about the egg rolls, after that I then I ordered and they were out off the Mac salad and the egg rolls. The young man thought it was funny and after all that we get our food and the burger for my sister is under cooked! Fkn gross!!!

Food took awhile to come out, and honestly, the burgers were bland with no flavor added salt and pepper but didn’t help much, the onion rings/strings had burnt taste to them. First and last time here. Not impressed.

Not good. The ice machine was dirty. There was no staff at the front and we had to go find someone. 2 people were working. We had to track down the bartender who was standing between the legs of some other employee in a booth. There were a couple kissing toward the back. The tables were dirty. Our chili was cold. We waited 45 min for shakes that we had to go ask for. It was an all around hot mess. We LOVED Hyvee Maket Grille. We will NOT be back to Wahlburgers.
