It sometimes takes a bit for a new business to get things running smoothly. I think they’re getting the hang of things now and hope all the bad reviewers will give Wahlburgers another chance. I’ve gotten food from them twice now and both experiences were lovely. Food came out fast and was fresh and delicious. A Caesar salad with fish and then the burger bowl were what I had. Yum yum! I’m including a picture of the burger bowl (none of the Caesar salad because I devoured it without thinking).

Absolutely horrible experience and poor quality food. First, the person taking our order didn’t acknowledge we were there (she was listening in on a conversation that two other employees were having in the produce dept). The wait time for the food was not bad. They messed up 4/5 orders we had, the burgers and fries were very undercooked and the chicken was over cooked. One of our burgers had a hair stuck to the top of it in the greasy glaze on the bun. The waitress was kind and apologized and got the manager when we asked for a refund. Turned out the manager was witnessing this the entire time while eating in the booth behind us and did not say a thing. He came over and gave us our money and did not even apologize or say anything other the amount of money he was handing us. This is the second time we ate there and the first experience was just as bad. Both times we were there they were not busy. The food in general is very greasy and bland. The lids for the drinks were in a bin that everyone touches and had garbage and sticky liquid in it. It’s a shame,

Wouldn’t eat there again. Lady at front desk recommended the onion fries and they were a joke. Nothing but batter flakes. Burger didn’t have any sauce. Not worth the money.

35 minute wait for a cold soggy pink burger that I asked to be well done, and it was slow the whole time so not sure how it took so long. Couldn’t keep it down and I never get sick after eating.

Wow – this is a terrible ripoff! The fish sandwich was two miniscule pieces wedged between bread. Small, way overcooked, tasted fishy and nasty. The turkey burger was petite, dry as leather, tasted terrible. Onion rings were soggy…..who wants greasy soggy onion rings? $40 later and the worst food experience ever. Stay away!

How about a minus 1000. Most horrid hamburger ever. They put peanut butter and jelly on a hamburger with cheese and bacon. Then didn’t bother to say it had peanut butter on it for those who have allergies. One bite did it for me. Called them ,all they could say was sorry for a 15.00 burger that went into the trash. Who’s stupid Idea was it to put peanut butter on a hamburger??!! Horrid horrid horrid. The onion rings were horrid too.

We went on a weeknight and it was not very busy. We waited an hour and a half for our order, and it was not even the right food. The appetizers came after we ate the meal and we asked if they could remove our trays/dishes on 2 occasions, but nobody could. One person was going around apologizing to customers and saying just a few more minutes to everyone. The people next to us got up and left while we waited. The sad thing is that when the food came out it wasn’t even hot. We paid over 60 bucks for poor service and food. I’ll try it again in a few months. After they get the right staff and proper training.

The presentation is fantastic! Beautiful atmosphere. You order at the reception desk and the food is brought out to you table. Your soft drinks and water are self serve which is super convienient. The food was fresh and chef inspired. Delicious. Because of a promise of wahlburgers, I can now get my family to church every Sunday!! We will return every weekend.

There were 4 of us 3 ordered a burger and 1 a salad. Burgers came out to table but salad still being made came out 5 minutes later. I ordered a Jucy Lucy took a bite there was no cheese in the middle big disappointment, also only 2 pickles 1 on the top and 1 on the bottom, and only 1 jalapeno. Burger also looked and tasted like it was boiled in water not grilled or fried. Fries soggy and under cooked. Other burgers 1 ok other one came with items on it not ordered. Will not be going back Hy-Vee should have a better use for that space.
