The tables are extremely sticky there’s food all over the floor and the service is subpar. I won’t be back. I’m most disgusted by the sticky table. So I moved and that table was sticky and gross as well.

I’m so disappointed in my experience here. To start, there was no clear place to order. The sign said to go to a kiosk… no kiosk. A staff member came out to get our order. He took two of the three people in my group’s order and left. The third person was ignored and several other orders taken before it got to her.

I won’t be back. They messed my food up TWICE, they had a singer in there and he was terrible, the bartender was drinking and out singing with him not paying attention to the customers. You have to order next door in the gas station. The one in St Charles is so much better and looks so much nicer. I bet the Wahlbergs wouldn’t be happy.

Very overpriced for a burger bought in a grocery store. Burger had good flavor. It wish there would’ve been more jalapeños on the jalapeño burger. The fries were cold and soggy. Wouldn’t go here again. For $16 I’ll go somewhere I get waited on. Bus boy bragged about how they get paid $15/hr now I know why they have to charge what they charge.

Absolutely! The worst place to eat in Springfield. It’s a restaurant inside of a store where you have to order in the store and sit in a bar. The bartender was amazing. She took care of all our needs and made us feel great. Food was horrible. The manager made it and you could clearly tell he didn’t care. The burger tasted spoiled. We will not be back

The Jenn Chicken was very dry and no flavor must of marinated it in water. My beef nachos was just hamburger Pattie’s cut up and poured over the chips for the nachos . Never had nachos like that in my life. The best one we have ever been at was in Myrtle Beach. I wouldn’t even rate this restaurant a one star. …. Not happy….
