I don’t know what happened with everyone else’s experiences but I loved it! The burger was warm and juicy. The fries were great. They did an amazing job making sure to keep things gluten free like changing gloves and making the work station clean. If you want a cheap burger go to McDonald’s, the prices are pretty normal for everywhere right now. I would recommend it to anyone.

I don’t know what happened with everyone else’s experiences but mine were great. Helpful staff with sauces, sides and all and provided me good service. Everything I ate was really delicious and it only got me curious to want to try out almost everything on the menu from different visits of course.

For fast food it wasn’t bad. Beef was good, toasted buns are always good imo, and my son liked his Mac and cheese. The only things I would say can improve is how long we waited for the food, it was longer than normal, and the food needs to be warmer! Little too luke warm to truly enjoy

Waited 45mins for this….”onion rings” greasy and tasted burnt and soooo bitter. The patty melt they couldn’t even bother to melt the cheese. Paid $17.50 for this?!? It went in the trash. Will not be going back

Waited a while in the line to order food, not a single worker came up to take our order, they all walked by ignoring us as if we were invisible. I’ve seen at least 3 of them glance at us and just kept on like they didn’t just make eye contact with us. It wasn’t just us they ignored, had a man in front of us waiting on them as well for a bit and he just left.

Waited awhile to be served and sat down in the sit-down area. Every table around us was dirty with half eaten food and containers all over the place. Took 25 min to get a $14 chicken sandwich that was worse than McDonald’s. Save yourself time and $ and do not eat here.

Maybe I had my hopes up. The kids’ chickentenders were very hard to chew. The Kids Mac n cheese tastes like wet noodles. Fries come very, very well salted. The BBQ Beacon burger is super plain and lacking BBQ. Tastes was not at all impressive. The melt burger didn’t have sourdough bread and was also extremely plain tasting. Unfortunately, this will not be somewhere I will visit again. Sad as I heard the one in Olathe, KS is much better. The quality and the quantity is very poor for the $15+ we paid per person.

You walk through the restaurant to the counter in HyVee to order your food and then back through the same restaurant to serve your own drinks and get a table. We did not enjoy our food here. There is not much food on the plate for the high price. The taste was not that great. The place seemed rather empty, a slow night and other people found better food for a better price elsewhere it seems. We will likely not be back.

3.85/5. Not as bad as some of the reviews I’ve seen suggest. My burger had seasoned flavor to it. It’s by no means New American cuisine quality but it’s not like it’s as bad as most fast food garbage like Mcdonalds. The onion rings were also excellent.
