My one (and only) go-to for a really delicious and healthy meal that’s always ready as soon as I am. They open relatively early, I usually order online for pickup (it’s super easy) and my order is always ready and waiting, warm and delicious, just 10min later when I pick it up. Never a mistake, and I eat here at least once a week. Everything I’ve tried on the menu is fresh and delicious. I love the fish, but that’s only part of the menu, there’s plenty of other proteins to choose from. And the cauliflower rice is such a great non-carb option. Love the two outdoor patios, they’re a great place to relax in the shade. Oh, and the folks there are really friendly. Longmont is lucky to have this Wahoos, I wish they were everywhere. This is my favorite restaurant. Not just my favorite fast-casual restaurant or my favorite seafood restaurant, this is my favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh, our orders are always accurate, and the staff are always so kind. I know it’s a chain but this Longmont location is particularly good. The menu is fun and I’ve yet to get something I haven’t liked. If you don’t know what to get, order the outer reef burrito with grilled wahoo, add pico and smother it in green sauce. AMAZING!!! Thank you, Wahoo’s. We love you!

Stopped on a whim to get a lite dinner for takeout. I thought they did a good job. The young lady at counter really was helpful with the order. Got the fish tacos with the wahoo salad style. It was fresh and bright and fish was prepared well. Flavor good. Menu is the new trend of prep style, protein, and adders. As stated the staff was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious. I ordered the chimichanga with chicken and it was wonderful. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the sauce was an excellent addition. Perfect balance of flavors and large portion. The tortilla was fried to a perfect crunch.

Ordered The Paleo platter the combo two which was two fish tacos with beans and rice but I got just beans and the kids quesadilla and fries. This was way more food than the three of us needed kids meal is probably size appropriate The fish tacos had really big pieces of well-seasoned fish some fantastic coleslaw and a sauce on it they were really good and I was stuffed after one and a quarter. The black beans I was not expecting much because well they’re black beans they are fantastic and the side of black beans was darn near a meal in itself. The paleo platter my wife got she ordered with shrimp and carne asada. We were really impressed with the amount of shrimp and well to be honest the amount of everything that came. The vegetables were cooked perfectly not too soft just a little crunch to them everything was extremely fresh tasting The carne asada was cooked very nicely same with the shrimp. Do yourself a favor If you’re around one of these spots definitely stop in. We are here for eight more days and I can definitely see us coming back.
