I am a local. I randomly stopped in as I usually go-to Dinos. I had the worst sub I have ever had. The man at the front counter waited and waited to get up to help us. When he did he was condescending and rude. I was with a woman whom has special needs and he was obviously annoyed when she asked questions. Not a business for locals. It’s a nasty overpriced tourist trap.

I was in the neighborhood and thought I would stop in this place as it seemed like it could use some business. That should have been a sign. I ordered a slice of pizza. If I didn’t see someone activity making pizza behind the counter I would have thought it had been frozen. I gave 2 stars because maybe the other food could redeem them, but based on the lackluster service and the sub par pizza, I give it a 2.

Nice small friendly pizza shop with very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, order taking, prep and cooking staff. Very sweet people! A warm friendly place. Lots of very orderly people came in to pickup their pre-ordered food. Almost always the ordered items were already being wrapped as the person came in to fetch their order. A few of the people had to wait, about three minutes with a maximum of five minutes. A remarkable feat during a very busy Friday evening dinner time. Seemed like a lot of happy smiling regulars doing pickups.

We have been coming here for years. I love the garden salad with grilled chicken and their salad dressing is even better than my own homemade vinaigrette! We also get veggie pizza without cheese (allergy), which comes out crispy and soft at the same time and is loaded with veggies. Before we stopped eating cheese we ate the Mediterranean Pizza, which we miss a LOT, but even with dietary restrictions, you will have a great meal here and you won’t have to overpay. It’s the same ownership for years and years and they really care about the quality.

By far the worst quality of food and service. The staff does not read online order instructions. This is second time that I have ordered and the second time that they couldn’t get an order correct. Also, the quality of food that they serve in their lunch sandwiches is far less than expected. I would not recommend Walden Italian Kitchen!
