Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Daily specials with different dishes. Their pepper bowls sell out very fast. You are greeted at the door and given great customer service throughout your visit. I love the loaded fries but there are several dishes worth trying.

They had a nice selective menu on a Saturday, nothing was made to order. Customers still waited 20+ minutes! We ordered the smothered turkey wings w/rice our 2 sides were greens and black eye peas. Both sides were sweet, we were cheated out of our turkey wing. We both had a small turkey flat with the tip…the tip was fried it had a crust on it the flat was mostly skin, looked at the bottom, half of the meat was M.I A. The bed of rice had no gravy. Just the half meat turkey wing laid on top of unflavored rice.

The best Black Family owned restaurant I’ve been to. Customer service is above the rest, food is made with nothing but love, and they have reasonable daily lunch specials. This business will forever be a 10/10 for me. It’s a must try!!!!!
