First time dining with this establishment. I loved every minute of the experience. The manager was very friendly and came out and introduced himself and welcomed us to the restaurant. He offered us a complimentary bread pudding and it was amazingly delicious. The waitress/bartender was very professional and friendly. She was very attentive and made awesome drinks. We ordered an off the menu beverage and since she had never made it before, she allowed us to taste and make the necessary adjustments.

Love!!! Drinks are delicious, food is phenomenal. Atmosphere is fun without being too loud music wise. A nice place to hang out. Husband and I come here once to twice a week. Prices reasonable on some things and a high on others things but who’s aren’t right now. The happy hour burger sliders (2 for $4) are very good but with only 2 happy hour food choices they need more happy hour selections. We’ve gotten bored so are not coming as often lately. Today was my first time coming to Walk-On’s and I am completely satisfied with my whole experience! Our waitress, JULIE, was the sweetest She was attentive and accommodating and she made our overall experience even better! The food OMG, everything we had was absolutely delicious. We started out with a complimentary order of Mozzarella LOGS for signing up for their rewards program. When they say logs, they mean it! These things were HUGE! Then, my sister and I split the Louisiana Platter and the Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich. The platter came with fried catfish, JUMBO fried shrimp, hushpuppie, waffle fries (which we got loaded) and crawfish etouffee. Every bite was amazing the breading on the fish and shrimp was crisp and delicious and the hushpuppies had a touch of sweet to them, which I loved!! The shrimp on the po’boy was fried perfectly and tasted so fresh. We then finished our meal off with an order of Beignet Bites they were perfect! And our total bill was very reasonably priced. Walk-ons is a decent bar to have beers and snacks with your coworkers after the hours. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Their menu has a lot of flavors tending to a wide audience with different taste buds! The ribeye with Cajun sauce is a pretty decent dish with the steak being cooked to the desired temperature. The sauce was delicious, however, did not hide the fact that the steak needed a bit more seasoning! But still, a very solid dish!!

Buffalo Gator Tacos pretty good above average, Red Beans and rice was very delightful with the sausage, Avery salad was on point best around in my opinion, fresh a great mix taste buds can’t keep up. Strawberry Lemonade was sweet and could taste the strawberry a lot.

Okay…its not like my favorite one in Grand Prairie..but its on its way..Food is Great! Service is pretty good considering it was grand opening day..and they do Military Discount! My only complaint is the price of the Top Shelf Margaritas…13 bucks is average for a top shelf BUT… typically we expect to get the large Margarita Glass not the brown liquor glass size…other than that great experience! Oh and the Hush Puppies are light and airy…tasted great!

Our server was Tiny, and she was phenomenal. She was consistently checking to make sure we had everything we needed and she was a great laugh. The overall atmosphere was amazing as well. There were a few games for our kids to enjoy, and a lot of selections on the menu. I ended up ordering the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was well worth the price!! Cannot wait to come back.
