From my understanding all their omelettes are backed. The fresh vegetarian omelette is as big as your head so to speak. It appears that everything is served with a side of pancakes! The pancakes taste like grandma’s recipe! The Veggie Omelette was amazing my wife and I split it. Walker Brothers featured coffee is a special blend of coffee roasted to their special specifications it is dark, rich and nutty. The interior is a wood workers dream with Dental molding, cove and cornice molding, panels and paneled archways! Setting all of the beautiful architecture off is this glint of Tiffany and art glass all around!

Had a nice midweek breakfast with my wife at Walker Brothers! The omelets and pancakes a excellent! It was a nice pleasant and quiet environment. It wasn’t packed for a Wednesday but enough people that you didn’t feel crowded since then seated everyone apart from others. The food was excellent! I wish the server was a little friendlier!! Overall would return.
