We enjoyed the sights at Wall Drug. The donuts are amazing. Skip the cafe. The food- including the buffalo burger was sub par and very overpriced.

Donuts made fresh in front of you. Excellent! We’ve eaten their dinner plate specials many times over a 15 year period. Roast beef plate, others, all good. Burgers, more. Cafeteria setting — order food (like a plate special) or get food off the line (handed to you by staff). Coffee is 5 cents. YES — 5 CENTS! Come on! If nothing else, coffee and donut can’t be beat!
