Clearly passionate about food. Pulled pork was phenomenal as well as the ribeye. Knife not required to cut steak. Service was great and the server was always happy to help. Highly recommend. Will be returning soon.

Great find! Had outdoor seating and indoor seating. We had our dog with us, and so we enjoyed the 100% countryside setting!!! We were also hauling our travel trailer, and there was plenty of parking. We will definitely be stopping by here again. The service was great as well

We went to Wally’s yesterday to eat for the first time. This food melted in your mouth, it was so good. My husband took 2 bites of his steak and said this is by far one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The ribs were so good, the meat just fell right off them and they were not fatty at all.

Wally’s is the best kept secret in Southern Illinois. The craft BBQ is outstanding. All the sides are phenomenal. Saturday is Steak Night and, he has the best steak I have ever had. Getting ready to open the doors on his restaurant soon, can’t wait!!!

I bought the brisket with 2 sides and it was excellent!!! This man knows how to cook! We found him in Google maps as we were passing through going back home to Springfield Illinois. I wish this guy lived near us! I highly recommend you Google him and drive out there.
