I called and asked for the price of the wings, explaining that it was my first time ordering from them and they was recommended. The lady or person told me to hang up go on line I said can you just give me the prices for your wings? she said I ain’t got time to look on the menu. I feel like she should know the prices without looking on the menufor one, then to know it’s my first time ordering from them you would think they would want me to order again, but I guess they enough customers. I felt like she didn’t care if I ordered or not she said I am to busy to look. WOW

Got the popcorn chicken diner with coleslaw and hushpuppies. chicken tasted like it was reheated, looked crispy but wasn’t and very little flavor, gave over half to the dogs. Coleslaw was barely a step up from KFC. Hushpuppies were about the only good thing.

Wally’s fried jumbo shrimp and fried fresh fish were so good and fresh. Cooked to perfection. Portions were generous. This is not a fancy dining spot but a great place for fish and shrimp. You can also tell by the great relationship they have with their regular customers (which I witnessed); that all the people at Wally’s are great, too and really care about their customers. I will be stopping by again.

I ordered a catfish nugget dinner and got catfish dinner and drumsticks are more like wings. Grinder is just thrown together and messy. Fries are probably the only thing that was good. Not good food for the price

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to place my order, and was asked what side I wanted with my meal. At the time, because I was a first-time customer, I did not know that what I ordered came with a side. I asked him what sides were available and he rudely said to me, “I am not here to discuss the menu. Go find out and call back.” After I tell him that his response was rude, he tells me that I am in no place to tell him how to run ‘his’ business. I’ve never experienced as horrible customer service as this. I obviously didn’t place my order, and I never will.
