What a great experience here after watching our high school senior play a golf match @ Wildfire Golf Course. We drove thru New Concord looking for place to eat dinner on the way back to Morgan County. Oh my gosh the subs we got were out of this world delicious! We sure enjoyed the patio while waiting(not sure if that area is owned by Wally’s or the Subway place). Service was great, friendly, & made a great evening. Our senior is considering Muskinghum University so we may be back very soon!

Okay, on a beautiful day the patio addition on the side of the building is so romantic. The inside has a long bench and tv (except the TV was off while I was waiting). The location right upon the university staffs likely students, friendly enough, helpful and sounds honest about their recommendations. With that, the daily special is cool, right inline with student budget; ratio to price, totally fair. Since I tried the pizza, I also felt like this experience gave me student vibes! Crispy crust, not entirely hot with melted cheese yet surprisingly tasty that way all the same. Salty enough and feels like something I’d be sharing with friends, buzzing or off the highway, I would love this pizza even more!! It’s a cravings kind of pizza, cheers!

Overall, Wally’s Pizza is great in terms of taste. It seems a little pricey, but I do think the pizzas are filling…and I’d even describe them as “heavy” in terms of them getting generously loaded up on whatever toppings you’d choose. The one thing I hate about Wally’s is that you MUST order online to get your pizza delivered. This is a HUGE problem for the older generation, like my parents, who don’t know how to do this. Ordering online for delivery is a big barrier and causes people to choose other pizza shops that are normal and take delivery orders over the phone. Not sure why Wally’s doesn’t do over-the-phone ordering for delivery. It’s really strange to me! I think Wally’s would get more business if they changed their process and took delivery orders via phone!!

I will say I’ve never been a fan of Wally’s pizza, I tolerate it pepperoni baked on and well done for my husband. 2-28-23 we got the best pizza I’ve ever had from Wally’s, I’d be willing to say the best pizza I’ve had anywhere in years. 16 inch round, supreme that was well done and done well! Thank you to the person who put together a tasty pizza for two and made my night! I’d go 5 stars if it were only based on one pie, please keep up the good work!

Ordered a pizza and wings at 910 on saturday online. Website says they are open till 10. Drive down to get it and all the lights are off. Go in and the employee said their boss said to go ahead and close at 9. He said he left me a voice-mail and voided the payment. It’s 940 and there are 2 employees still there???? And the website says they are open till 10??? So you shut it down but are still there???Makes zero sense. Last time I order food from there.

What a joke for a restaurant. Its clear the staff is rude and they dont understand english. They need to close their doors. From their slimy wings to the disgusting pizza they could take some lessons in hospitality and service as well as some cooking lessons. If youre traveling through New Concord or even living here do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Wally’s overall is great. Love the square and round pizzas. However, I tried their boneless wings in Buffalo sauce today and was not impressed, unfortunately.
