This is a game changer on the Miami scene. On the edge of Little Haiti in a strip mall next to Bravo Supermarket – this is an unassuming gem. The decor and feel is funky and fun. The staff is impeccable. The food is edgy, full of texture and packed with flavor. I’m going to follow the chef as it’s been years since a dining experience in Miami was this good. Every dish was impeccable and something you simply would not recreate at home. Worth every dollar. Enjoy!

A symphony of flavors!!! Literally one of the best meals I have ever had. Each dish was so beautifully complex in the way each different flavor is delivered. Each dish tastes very unique and the flavor combinations were so inventive and unexpected. They found a wonderful formula on how to make the flavors last and unfold after each bite. I will definitely come back again and again. This restaurant is Michelin worthy for sure.

Beautiful food, great service, but the taste was off for me. The anchovies pizza uses a VERY SWEET pizza sauce. It didn’t work for me. The breading on the charbroiled oysters was soggy and would’ve tasted better with some texture. The carrot tartare was great. Ambiance and tables were like a cafeteria, but the service was great.

With little effort I could make this review a short essay of why you should go, but to spare you the long details, just do it.

My husband and I are obsessed with this restaurant. Each time we leave more impressed. Amazing food and vibe. We’ve tried everything on the menu and each dish is perfection. Make sure to try the charred bone marrow with cherry shot, such a fun and delicious experience!

Let’s begin with Briana I stopped by to have late lunch but the restaurant was still closed Briana was outside fixing the tables and she answered my questions with a smile took my card, made my reservation for 530 pm when they opened. Upon arrival I was greeted by my name and giving a chair at the Chef’s table. The staff is superb and the food amazing. The oysters are must try. The pizza was simply perfect, With an explosion of sweet salty spicy ️ Great food and superb staff! Note they will not make substitutions and everyone in the party must ordered all food at once.

Great experience with friendly staff. The restaurant has a casual and light atmosphere. The food is great with excellent blend of flavors, colors, and presentation. Staff is friendly and does a good job of explaining dishes. The portions are a bit small which if you’re hungry Walrus might not be the best place to frequent. Also the brick oven can get a little out of hand and leave the food too charred, but the staff can rectify your dish. Overall 4/5 stars. I’d give 5 if the portions were bigger and a little less char in the dishes.

Being the new sister restaurant of Boia De, we were excited to dine here. It was a small curated menu made of unique dishes. Some were a hit like the charbroiled oysters and the potato gnocchi. And some were unfortunately a miss like their lasagna that tasted as burnt as it looked. The only dessert offered was super sweet, rock hard churros. Overall service was friendly but a little slow, and the restaurant had good vibes. Returning is up for debate.
