OMG!!! I fell totally in love with this place. I just moved to Waltham like 7 months ago been looking for the best pizza shop out here . I ordered a steak and cheese it was packed with so much flavor. I got for my daughter wing ding plate. The chicken was so juicy but nice and crunchy on the outside. Oh and do not forget the famous dessert fried dough it’s a must have. No need to look no more I found my place thank you Waltham Pizza.

I was there on the evening of 3/4/23 and did not have a great experience. The staff was nice enough but I had placed an online order for 3 pizzas that was completely missed. I came in 35 minutes after I ordered and the printout was just sitting on the printer. They said they could make the pizzas fast. I knew it would be downhill from there. They were done as fast as possible but they still took over 20 minutes, When I went up to pay, I was rung up wrong…it happens….they added an extra pizza instead of a slice. They gave me the new total. I knew it was still wrong but wanted to leave at this point…it was my son’s birthday. What I was not given was the 10% discount for ordering online. I assume that was because the order was keyed in since it was missed. We are talking $5-6 buck so not a big deal. BUT, it is/was the icing on the cake of a terrible experience. The final straw…the pizzas were terrible. The 2 chees pizzas were paper thin…raw on the bottom and cooked to a dry crisp on top. One of them was actually torn…that’s how thin it was. The peperoni pizza was ok I guess…just not as bad as the 2 cheese. I don’t like doing this to a local business but from start to finish (the staff was nice enough about the missed order), bad experiences. I was shocked they didn’t offer me a discount for missing the order and keeping me waiting for over 20 minutes…but then to be over charged… I would suggest to avoid based on my experience.

So I’m at the hotel and they give me a menu for this place so I placed an order of the menu which was 2 subs 1 small pastrami and LG steak n cheese came to a total of $30 then after going over menu that price didn’t add up so I give them a call and they say what am I talking about . I said your menu says this price 8.99 for Lg steak and 6.99 for small pastrami and this is what you gave to hotel to hand out then tells me they never sold it for that price they sell for 15 .90 so she says ok send menu with deliver ydriver so he can bring it back. I do that plus leave my phone number and you would think they would try to compensate but no call back or nothing ♂️ very unprofessional female

Made an order at 9:14 pm they didn’t show up until 11pm with cold food I was only 2 miles away when I called to find out where my order was at 10:30 they would not answer phone. Don’t order from here unless you like cold food .
