Haven’t been to a Walt’s in over a decade. Came to this Walt’s after leaving airport. The staff wasn’t the best. They didn’t take our order with urgency and were distracted too. The interior dining area needs an upgrade. Feels like a late 80’s/90s feel to it. Dining room area wasn’t clean and fries were lacking flavor. The roast beef sandwich was solid. Wish workers were more focused on customers than themselves.

If i could give them zero stars i would! Starting with customer service…they lack customer service skills in all areas! How can they just close up 45 minutes to an hour early? They were supposed to be open until 7 today yet the store was a ghost town at 6pm!!! At this point I’ll just take the trip to the bald hill location as they follow posted hours and don’t seem annoyed that people want food

I e been a Walt’s fan for as long as I’ve been alive but I can’t lie and say it’s like the Walt’s I’ve remember the hours they are open are definitely not something I appreciate even worse is when the hours posted on the door are not what is the actual hours they are open definitely disappointing but the food is still the best

1st time I’ve ever had to give a 1 star review. The Walts Jr’s are $3 plus. 50 cents to add cheese. Yet when we got our order the 4 walts Jr’s came to $20 by themselves before tax… so when we got to the window, the lady said that we “forgot to add the tax” so I showed her the math on that and even made her ring in a single Jr with cheese just to see its cost after taxes. It came to $3.78. Then even after I showed her the math was wrong, she insisted “that’s how the computer does it” worst customer service ever she told us we could call the owner and shut the window in our faces because she couldn’t do basic 3rd grade math. And after all of that the food was the lowest quality I’ve ever gotten from a walts. Burnt fries, uncooked roast beef and burnt buns and gross fatty bits in the meat. Avoid this location at all costs. Not only are they overcharging, but quality is lackluster as well. Zero stars

I was probably the first customer there on Sat. No one in the place, I ordered Walt’s roast beef combo med. $ 10.80 later the roast beef was put into the microwave because I heard it start up. It was dry, the French fry were well done , horrible for the money. Not what I remember what it used to taste like . Maybe NOW is the time to serve fish and chips like Newport Ave Walt’s does….. since your next door business closed …….Rocky Point chowder house closed…..food for thought.
